Originally working in corporate IT, Olivia has an aptitude for computer applications which has carried over into an interest in statistical packages and reporting. While she really loves using ‘Q’, ChantLink’s statistical package for everything from tracking studies to complex multivariate analysis, she particularly enjoys the people aspect of research, from face to face qualitative interviews through to complex problem solving workshops with clients (and their stakeholders). Her past corporate experience in IT, service level & process management in the telecommunications, manufacturing, security and information technology industries combined with her market research experience (particularly in B2B) are invaluable in really understanding the clients’ issues and ensuring that the research approach and reporting provide the insights needed.
