- Chant Link & Associates conducts rigorous and regular internal and external training of its consultants
- Chant Link & Associates consultants are members of the AMSRS, & thus abide by the Society's code of ethics
- Chant Link & Associates staff are Quality Professional Market Researcher (QPMR) accredited, or in final stages of accreditation. Maintenance of QPMR status requires our consultants to regularly attend specialised training and professional development programs
- Chant Link & Associates supports the IQCA program. IQCA is the Interviewer Quality Control Australia scheme initiated by the Market Research Society of Australia. Among other things, IQCA sets the standards for fieldwork for quantitative face to face & telephone interviewing & recruitment practices. IQCA standards include the International Code of Marketing & Social Research Practice issued by the International Chamber of Commerce & European Society for Opinion & Market Research (ESOMAR)
- Where a specialist fieldwork organisation and/or recruitment agency are used, the work is subcontracted to IQCA accredited organisations
