Chant Link & Associates is a private organisation specialising in market research and strategy consulting.

We collect information for research purposes to investigate the behaviour, needs, attitudes, opinions, motivations or other characteristics of a whole population or a particular part of a population. We do this in order to provide accurate and timely information to government, commercial and not-for-profit organisations about issues relevant to their activities to support their decision making processes. Your input to these decisions is important and the more people who participate, the better the results reflect the spectrum of Australian society.

Most of the information our company holds does not include details which identify who provided the information. This is because researchers are not generally concerned with the identity of the person who provided the data, and identity details are removed as soon as they are no longer needed. Most information remains "identified" only for the period of time required for recruitment of the participants and completion of the active research phase of the project (that is, until the fieldwork has been completed).

  Your Rights

  Our Obligations

Our company is bound by the National Privacy Principles, which govern the way private sector organisations collect, use, keep secure and disclose personal information.

We also abide by the principles of the Australian Marketing and Social Research Society's (AMSRS) Code of Professional Behaviour.
