  • A series of internal workshops and depth interviews with professional practitioners in the marketplace established the key issues and a depth of qualitative understanding of them
  • A telephone administered quantitative survey in two languages was conducted
Result
  • A range of benchmarks was established for key regulator performance indicators
  • Detailed and important recommendations were developed to assist the regulator with its policies and programs, with special attention to market communications related recommendations
